1. Payment is to be made after purchase confirmation.
   
2. Payment via POSB transfer only.
   
3. Goods sold are not refundable.
   
4. Meet up can be arranged at MRT Station (Yio Chu Kang/Ang Mo Kio/Bishan) at 6.30-7pm on weekdays. Meet ups in town on weekends can be arranged.
   
5. Local pick up only. Buyer to bear the cost for normal or registered postage upon request. Seller is NOT responsible for lost mail item.
